DefinitionsFor the purposes of these terms and conditions, "Client", "User" and "WEBSITE" shall mean Genting Casino.

Intellectual PropertyGenting Casino retains all intellectual property rights in connection with its logo, content and the selection, arrangement and organisation of that content on the WEBSITE; except for any rights conferred upon Client under these terms.

Limitation of Liability

(i) Genting Casino shall not be liable to Client whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise for:

(ii) Total liability is capped at amount of money paid by Client for use under these terms.

IndemnityClient shall indemnify Genting Casino against all losses, damages and expenses arising from breach of any term hereunder or in tort (including negligence).
Amendments to TermsGenting Casino may modify these terms with immediate effect without notice; however Client's continued use of the WEBSITE after modification constitutes its acceptance thereof.
Jurisdiction

(i) These terms shall be governed by laws in force in England and Wales;

(ii) Client agrees that any claim against Genting Casino must first be presented to non-binding mediation before courts;
